Northeastern SD bass fishing

Went with the old man up to the “glacial lakes” region of South Dakota north of Watertown last weekend and considering the weather conditions we had two of the days we did really well. Only found males sitting on beds on one lake but we pounded them on that lake with floating Rapalas and plastic worms. Probably caught between 50-75 fish the first day, and then the next couple days we probably combined for another 75 fish. Mostly largemouth, several over 17 and a few over 18.

Ya the first day we had pretty decent conditions. Next couple days were pretty windy so we had to pick our spots carefully but at least it was all PRE cold front as opposed to post, lol.
