CPT Doughball, Bron and Walleyes

Post By: SGM      Posted: 6/4/2019 8:39:38 AM     Points: 9077
Bron (Curtis), CPT Dough-ball (Blake) and myself took our 3rd annual walleye fishing trip to Pueblo yesterday and had a great time. As a team we managed to land 42 eyes with one over 18 inches and 3 SMB as a bonus. We even got a few doubles as Curtis and I hooked up as did dad and son. Tried to get Curtis his first Spotted Bass but the bass did not cooperate. Weather was nice, almost to nice as a little more chop on the water would not have hurt. All in all a great day and looking forward to the 2nd annual Spinney trip in August.

Thanks all .

Bharper, August and September and be good or tough. Let me know dates and we will give it our best try.

Ajax, this time of year you can catch good numbers and fair size for sure.

Smelly...I copied last year. I put a hurt on Blake icefishing and he is struggling to catch up. I am almost 40 fish ahead.

SGM, the problem for me is not where to catch fish... itís the free time to do so.

Boat has been in the water only twice this season. dam work...

For now, I live vicariously through you guys.

I have fished a bunch in the last 9 years here in CO, Cant seem to lock any walleye down. Looks like a great time. Its good to know they are in pueblo in good numbers like that.
