Nebraska Sandhills fishin’

Finally made the pilgrimage to check out some of the fabled Sandhill lakes this past weekend. Needless to say, they did not disappoint - if big panfish and plentiful largemouth is your brand of vodka, this is the place for you! I did most of my damage slow rolling a 1/16th oz. jighead with a 2” white twister tail and a Bettt’s # 0 jig spinner.
Enjoy the pics!

Very nice indeed! Colorado has some very nice panfish but you have to find them , this is my PB Colorado Crappie, was a white crappie and caught in public waters.

Gills that size is hard to come by in CO but big crappies in 13 to 14 inch is plentiful here if you can locate them as Dizzel said.
