Looks like Tightline is starting a new league series this year, including Walleye, Bass and Carp. Every other Wednesday at Chatfield

Thanks for sharing. Nate comes up with some pretty cool events. I wish it started a little later in the day. Getting there by 330 would be impossible for me on a weekday.

They had the league previous years and it was only Walleye and moved from Cherry Creek to Chatfield. Always had to have 2 to a boar as well. Kind if nice that it is now on per person basis and included multiple species..

Wonder if itís a big fish tournament or high total inches? I know the leagues in the past was big fish.

I believe its the same format as the tourney at Cherry Creek earlier this year. Shore fisherman can enter. CPR with the measure board and cell phone entry.

Cookster, I *think* this your largest fish only per event/species for the win & placement that week.

Neyet, yes -> CPR with the measure board and cell phone entry.

Not sure if it's a picture of just the fish on the measure board, or video (like it was in the carp tournaments) of the fish on the board, the angler and the release.

I thought the first week went well even though the weather was kind of cold. There ended up being 17 Bass fisherman 5 carp and 12 walleye pretty good turnout I thought. Of course I caught about 30 fish with no keepers I believe there was only one Wayyeye keeper caught and one bass keeper caught.

This is awesome! Will definitely try to do a couple after I move there and settle in but really wish they started at 5 itíd make it a lot more doable with work!

I think they might be open to adjusting the time as the days get longer
