Still frozen?

Anyone know if the ice is off Tarryall yet?

I am guessing that it should be ice free since all surrounding lakes are open water. I hope someone will post an update or respond.

Right on the lake page....

04.24.19 from: opencage
CPW: As of 4/24/2019, the majority of the reservoir is open water. Anglers are having luck catching trout throughout the lake on a variety of baits. Pike have also been reported in the shallows as they are spawning. Anglers targeting pike have had some success catching the fish that are actively feeding which would be either the pre-spawn fish or the post-spawn fish

Thanks Ajax5240, I don't know how I missed that!

That’s one way of getting there. Or just find the lake under the “find lake/river” tab in the top left corner. Will take you to the lake page where you will see reports and lots of other info.

Enjoy!

No ice. All open water.

Fished Tarryall for a couple of hours on Friday afternoon. Broke the skunk!! Caught 5 rainbows - 3 brought to shore and 2 broke off. Left the phone in the truck, so no pics. :-(
