Kayaks?

I’ve fished here from shore before and seen people fishing from kayaks before, I know it says float tubes only, I was just wondering if they completely ignore the rule or the people I’ve seen on yaks have just gotten lucky not getting caught?

No kayaks allowed. People just getting away with it. It happens often
