Anyone know ice conditions, warm weather has me a little scared for Boyd for this weekend, haven't heard anything on Seaman's for awhile was hoping to try for some Perch?

not asking for a fishing report, just want to know if ice is thick enough for walking

not many hike up there to fish this time of year. Best bet is to check it out yourself.

I have been up there a few times. Ice there is interesting and varies, 2 weeks ago there was 2-7 inches of ice. And watch out for the methane pockets.

I take it when you say "Hike" that you can't drive to the lake? I have never been there, just heard that there are Perch in there and the recent warm weather has made me feel uneasy about the front range lakes.

Its 1 mile hike just to get to the lake and more if you want to get to the back part of the lake.
