Anybody winter camp at Stagecoach? I am guessing no power at the sites but which ones are left open? Thanks

Stagecoach park office # 970-736-2436
Ask them . . . .
I used to live just across from there in Oak creek, they got some cold nights there.

Thanks, HP.
Only 4 sites at Pinnacle are opened for camping with electricity only and $20 a night. As a retiree with no income, I wished I could write, "only $20 a night."

Go south from Stagecoach on the road on the south side of Stagecoach . . .it goes up to Red dirt pass(I think it connects with 131) after you get a few miles up,it all national forest.Road #16?
It might be unplowed in the winter,we used to jump over that to get to Kremlin faster.

Great idea, I'll be coming from Kremmling. I'll see if there's any BLM land in the area also. Can't wait until Wolford is ready, as another option.

If you can get through on 16(?) theres some very fun little lakes between Stagecoach and Red dirt pass off of 16.They might be some extra oppertunitys there. Its all National forest and maybe BLM land.Go to the lake page for Stagecoach and blow up the map . . .follow 16 up to 134 and or 130(I think)

So if you go to Wolford and hang a left on 134 . . . .I can't tell you exactly where, but somewhere around Reddirt pass you can turn right and go all the way to Stagecoach. Its county rd/unpaved.
