Took the girlfriend out for her first time Ice ishing and she had a blast. We landed 8.... 6 of which were some very healthy bows. Got there at 630 fished till noon. Had non stop action on the vex the entire time we were there but it was work to get them to bite. Ice was 8 inches. A group next to us left a tip up and pole so if this was you let me know what kind of reel it is and I
Will get you back your stuff. Also for anyone who is thinking about buying a Kdrill auger I will Iíll say do it. Just got mine last week and it was the first time using it and they are well worth it. Between shedding a lot of pounds off your load the thing drills very nice and easy the same way I like my women 🤣🤣.... just kidding Iíll stick with the girlfriend Iíve got sheís hot and she is already asking when we are going ice fishing again so sheís a keeper

Thanks. I am thinking of going ION, electric. No gas, fumes, spillage etc. Have you tried it on thick ice, like the thickstuff we get in really cold winters? Just wondering and thanks....

I havenít used it in thick ice yet but my buddy has one and he said he might get the extension cause last year he had a few times where he got close to needing it but said even in 30 inches of ice it worked as good as a gas auger.... he also had an ion before he got the k drill and he thinks the k drill is better due to the fact that an extra battery for an ion is 200 bucks plus he paid 4 or 5 hundred for the ion itself and the battery life was about the same as the drill

I forgot to add that k drill comes with lifetime blade sharpening and if they canít sharpen them they will send you a new. All you pay is the shipping

K drills are awesome and only weigh 5bls for an 8 inch hole. I personally use the nils but if I didn't it would be a k drill. Sounds like you had a good trip. I'm sure someone will be looking for there tip up. Good for you getting it back to them.

I got my k-drill last year and it is just awesome! Drills faster than any gas auger I've used, super lightweight. My boy drilled about 60 holes up on Williams Fork through 10-12" ice and the battery on the drill read about half power when he was done. Excellent product.
