Went up yesterday, water is the lowest I've ever seen there. About 4 bends down from the buoy line. Didn't get to try, had to leave got a text the daughter was going in for a c-section. Talked to several on the way out, nobody was having any luck. I might try again next weekend

I went on the 13th and it was very low. When we got to where the inlet was there were dead silver kokanee floating in the water and on the shore. Counted close to 30. I spoke to the DOW on my way out he said gill lice and warm water were to blame for the dead kokes. He also said they didn't get many in their gill nets. Also fished for a bit no bites... Place may be in trouble.
Thank you for the replies. I won't be going this year. I tripped on my lunchtime walk Monday and landed on my face. Broken nose with scrapes and bruises. I won't feel like walking that far even if the water is low.
