I saw on the news tonight that the CPW was netting carp on Johnson Res. (Clement Park). They were giving them away but you had to have a fishing licence to get them, seems counter productive to me. Maybe the fishing will improve if they get enough carp out of the lake but it may take a few years to show results.
Good news and about time...that place is overrun with those nasty critters. Totally out of control for quite some time. Don’t know what you would do with a bunch of carp though...guess maybe fertilize your garden.... if you could handle the stink. Feel sorry for the neighbors though...heh
