Stopped by on my way down the hill from working at Cabin Creek dam yesterday. Lots of construction going on near and upstream of the bridge. The decking has been removed from the handicap pier but the steel support is still there. Maybe they are replacing the wood. Fished there and got a 15" Brown on the Rainbow HD Trout. Was the normal Georgetown wind and rainy. Had numerous other followers and hits but were all small fish.
I couldn't find one. I did however add to my collection. Got the new RB trout HD, and a bubblegum J-spec (among others) at a little place in Leadville over the weekend. Walked in and walked out 60 bucks lighter.....I love the lures, they are some of the best I've used quality wise, and they flat out catch fish. (Not just trout either.)

I had a blast last week floating around on the tube from 6pm-8:30pm. Landed a nice even total: 20 fish on the evening! It was a great post-thunderstorm bite and super fun with the HD trout. 19 browns and 1 'bow. I definitely have to get myself one of those brookie pattern lures for sure.
