Awesome trip to North Park

Went up fishing with the old man for our annual May fishing trip. Camped out at Lake John. Caught tons of 8 to12 inchers. Went over to North Delaney to spend the evening and landed a hog! It was over the slot limit, but I'm a catch and release guy anyways. Awesome sunsets, awesome stars. Can't wait to go back now.

Nice fish, I was just over there for 3 days and found the same thing at Lake John. 13 - 14 in. Fish and alot of them. Great fun but I wanted a little bigger for the smoker. Then I went to North Delaney and caught a nice 21in. Cutbow
that was FAT but in the slot limit so back she went .

Gotta love the Jumbo's at NP. Both are very nice fish. Well done Gents.

Hey guys, were you fly fishing, and if so, what flies, depths, and locations on the lake? Thanks --

Dingo Man, I've always done real well on crawfish or minnow imitations. Large streamers/buggers if your using the fly rod with a float/ sink tip line. 5 to 10 FOW works for me. Some of my biggest North Park fish have come right off the bottom fishing down in the weed beds.
