Been here in the summer and caught cuts. Finally got a grayling here along with a few cuts and brookies.

Sounds like a grand day. Chip off the olí Block! Grayling are awesome. Never caught one through the ice.

Unless they changed it, there is an 18" size limit at Pearl. Thanks for the report. The state record Grayling currently stands at 17", from Pearl Lake, possibly caught before the limit was at 18". If the size limit hasn't changed from 18", then congratulations on a new state record.

RPG: no size limit on grayling. State records stands at 17.25 in 1lb 10oz. all the ones I got to day ran 13 -15in.

Thanks American, Trout size limit at Pearl is 18", page 32 of the regs. Didn't see anything about Grayling size limit.

I never caught one thru the ice either so the kids has me there and on size. I need to go and find that 18 incher!
