Hey Community, I'm trying to meet my cousin for a fishing day trip this weekend and this lake is about halfway for both of us. Any updates or yak fishing advice for this place would be great as this will be our first outing here. (not looking for secret spots but not trying to get skunked either). Thanks! -Tight lines

Anywhere along the dam is a good place to start. The outlet pump house is a good fishing spot but usually over crowded by the locals. If on a yak, there's a river channel along the outlet that runs towards the middle of the reservoir easy to find on a sonar usually holds fish as well. GL and tight lines.

The lake is plum full, and starting to warm up. A few walleye have been caught. Last week I caught about ten small but fun wipers. At this time of year its not crowded, and like all wild life areas it free.... Tell us how you did please...
