I believe all boats must be off the water for a post inspection by 8pm. I could be wrong on the time but think that's what it was last year. As for the ramp yes you could do it but it's a pretty steep and short ramp so I don't know if you would make it back up. There is a dock to tie up to around the corner from the ramp but it's just for short term use.
There is a boat dock to the side. We were up there a few weeks ago. The boat dock is not useable when we were there. We had to run the boat up on shore after launching. If u dont have 2 people launching, one for the boat and one for the vehicle, it is a major pain to launch a boat there if u dont have a partner.

When I was up there a month ago, the nice young lady inspector said they open 1/2 hour before sunrise. So about 5am right now. Also, they want everyone off the water by 7:30pm so they can close up and go home by 8pm.
