These pics are from Tuesday @ the ‘Coach. Ice was 24”, but at least 16” of it was perforated, refrozen crap ice, with about 6-8” of real clear ice at the bottom. Also, my friend landed a legendary 26” brown trout! As I understand it from talking to the owner of Oak Creek Motel who has fished the 'Coach for 19 years, brown trout through the ice at Stagecoach are very uncommon, especially away from the Yampa inlet. We were stoked!!! Oh yeah, I landed a piggy of a rainbow, at 22" and super fat!
