O and usual... Just Cause line is off your reel doesn't mean it's done catching. It's not that heavy so please take it out with you.

So where is that located ?
And can you just set up camp and live there like that ?
I guess I have lived in the mountains for WAY to long . :)

Turn these pictures in to the authorities. Just posting them doesn't solve the problem. The whole Platte corridor is full of vagrants....if you complain enough to the police maybe you can get results. I've fished there and Clear Creek Pond and have been worried about this kind of encroachment.

Looks like a good place to end up with an infected needle in your hand or foot. Remember to practice c&r because somebody might want to catch it again. Conserve resources lol. Seriously though man you should find a safer place to fish basschaser.

This has gone down hill fast.. This used to be my favorite spring time honey hole. Now i watch it going to crap.. Every agency I talk to is giving me umms and humms seems like no agancy has a plan on how to clean up lakes. I take some trash out when I leave but God dam it's never ending.

Rangler.. I might have finally scored. I got the email address for someone named Mark who is in charge of upkeep around the open spaces areas. I sent him some photos along with a request to contact me when and if actions will be take. Hope this works.

Looks like a good place for a controlled burn. That will take care of the over growth, trash and bums. Three birds one stone😉. Glad I'm out in the boondocks.

Yup, homeless people have no worth and should just be burned alive...

Shiver, Noone is advocating killing people. In this case it's the fact they are destroying engineers lake. Aside from trashing the place they are also baking meth and throwing the leftovers into the lake. None said they are worthless... But i cant think of any benefits they provide either.

I've noticed this same thing in some of the Fort Collins natural areas as well. Not so much cook sites, but tents and camps certainly.

If they are dumping the leftover from making meth, its now a EPA issue!
Call them, they will take care of it.

Yea...well...there you go...too bad for the stupid taxpayers who would like to use that area, or live near there. So, according to this Adams County official, anywhere someone decides to pitch a tent is now considered an "active camp" and not subject to enforcement action by the sheriff'?

Really? How about the park down the street from his home, or the sheriff's home, or the county commissioner's homes?

Frustrating...I guess Adams county is at the bottom of the list for the metro when it comes to this stuff. Just a tad too rural too focus on this stuff and probably stretched thin in general on money and manpower to deal with it regularly.

Wonder what would happen if a tent popped up near the CPW pond at the Broadway location haha just a few blocks from the creek actually!

Another reply.. Just more frustration. Guess we have front row seat to watching our small lakes becoming floating dumps
