Anything biting? Anyone fish here recently? I have never tried to fish here wondering if it's worth my time.

They run are areators all year so ice is unpredictable and unsafe I would recommend not fishing until open water, there is lots of carp, and some bass blue gilll and crappie during open water season

Since you asked about a few of the Fort Collins area waters here's the run down on what you can and cannot fish.

All Natural Areas are closed to ice fishing. So Dixon, McMurray, Arapahoe Bend, North Shields, etc are closed until ice off.

City parks are open to ice fishing. So, Rolland Moore, City Park, Green Briar, Troutman, etc are open to ice fishing. Many of these have aerators that run in the winter so be aware of those and do NOT go near them. Take usual ice safety precautions.
