I am trying to get my friend on some fish this weekend preferably trout does anyone have updates on how Sheldon and fishing for trout? Also could anyone give me advice on what to use out there or it's not fishing well, anywhere else in that area that is being productive right now. thanks in advance

I drove by City Park yesterday to see how well the ice was forming and noticed a couple people fishing off of the pier. I did not see them catch any fish but the look on their faces said it all. I would fish The Poudre if your looking for Trout right now. The lower canyon has always provided fast action and a few decent Browns for me this year.
