Heading up to Yamcolo, to fish and camp, never been there. Anybody have any info??

Take lots of bug spray!! I haven't fished it in a couple of years but it is stocked regularlly and has a few browns.

me and my wife headed there in the morning to camp and fish also, we usually get there atleast once a year

Like said before-a lot of bug spray but also small white tube jigs and gold spoons!

I know it's too late for the OP, but I fished up there this past weekend (August 23), and the fish were hitting on my Joe's Flies 1/4 oz March Brown with a nickel blade. Only problem was that they were very small fish - 6 to 8 inch range, and I C&R all 20+ that I caught.
