Anyone notice if Smith off Jewell and Kipling is open?

I drove by the South side on Saturday and it was open in the middle. It didn't look like there was shore access yet, but I was not looking real closely.

Thanks. Maybe I'll take a look Friday and see if it's open enough to fish over the weekend.

On 2/3 the Southern end was open with plenty of shore access. Its all steep rocky rip rap be very careful.
