There's a small pond near my home that I would like to help improve the fishing, but unsure where to start. The fishing there several years ago was good, but has since turned. The pond has not been stocked in several years and I believe it's been taken over by Carp. The lake is under the city of Westminster. So I assume anything I did would need the approval of the city parks dpt. I would think requesting they stock the pond would be the first step. And I would be willing to build and add some under water structure an have the water tested. Beyond that I'm not sure what I can do. Anyone have any experience here that can give some advice or direction?
