Finally caught a flathead up at pueblo. Amd yes I kept it for some fish fillets that were really good.

Pretty funny all last month I was out at pueblo fishing dor catfish and only caught channel cats. Was out this weekend going for walleye and I caught that beauty.

Nice catch man! I got a buddy at work that has been talking about going after flatheads down there for a while now.

Musky has your friend caught them down there before? Like I said I was going after cats all last month and this is the first flathead I caught. Just curious if your coworker has had any luck? I can tell you that his stomach was empty so I don't know what they been feeding on to give any heads up on what to use. I caught mine with a minnow and a lindy rig.

Nice man. I just recently caught my first two flatheads. One @ 28" and another at 30"

Nice catch, will say I am a little jealous. I have been targeting Cats for the past month and no luck with anywhere I've gone. What part of the reservoir where you?

It's funny back home a big channel cat is 5-7lbs,... a big flathead is 35-40lbs. Seems to be viceversa here???
