Fish: Black Bullhead

Fish ID? Pushing record size?

A friend of mine landed this cat earlier this summer, is it in fact a bullhead? The tail definitely suggests that it is and if so it looks to be close to the 23" record length.

yeah now that I research the bullhead closer it definitely has a prominent round tail
