Anybody know whats up with this section? I got kicked out by a lincoln hills guide today. He said the water is leased all the way up. I decided not to argue since the river looked blown out from the high flow. Hiked all the way in and didn't get to cast once. I have been told they don't really own this section. I thought this area was national forest. What is the deal?
