New to board

Hello all.....I'm new to the board. I'm also new to the carp craze and having some decent early success. We're heading to Douglas tomorrow. Is there anyone out there willing to share some Douglas info with me? Like, where is the inlet and where are some of the flats located that I've been hearing about? Thanks for the help. Chad

You'll find two inlets on the north end - take a look at the satellite version of the Google maps. The one on the east is a gated inlet and the one on the west I believe is a natural drainage. The whole north end is flats and you'll find a lot of carp back in there. You'll also find some along the east shoreline and southern end. I have not seen many on the west side, but I'm pretty sure it's a seasonal thing. Good luck!
