Hey guys, I mostly just read what's posted on here and enjoy your conversations and info. You have my interest with W. Fork. I'd like to squeeze in a camping trip up there for a couple of good days of fishing. Can anyone tell me the rate on the campsites? I'm mostly interested in the Pike, but would love a little insight on fishing for Macks. Never been. Any general lake info would be great as well, as this will be my first time fishing this res. Thanks!
Went to Williams Fork last July with 4 buddies. 9 pike on the day. The biggest just coming in over 6lbs. However, we did see some big ones in the flats and one that erumpted out of the water at the boat taking the lure and snapping the line. ( last time he fishes without a steel leader) I just saw it's head and it had to be a 15 pounder. Use big lures for the big guys.
