Took the boys up to Pinewood Resevoir for some suckers. The water level was amazingly low the lowest I've ever seen it. We did real good catching about 9 decent size suckers. My 2 youngest boys were using bobbers about 10 ft from shore with worms and were really getting into the trout, they had a blast especially with those trout that do nothing but jump. Funnest part of day was watching them reel those fish in. Well we released all trout but those suckers came home with us and are now fillet and cut up waiting for a Giant Laker this winter. If you go for the suckers go early morning or late evening for better bite. Save some money from having to buy them at bait shop.

what did you use for bait? I have not fished for suckers so a little info goes a long ways.

Kb2, just using worms on the bottom. Worked really well at pinewoods.
