hey, i fish bear creek constantly and to be honest....lures don't really work. good ol worms, powerbait, whatever you would make your kids fish with works lol. anyways, like i said i fish there all the time, so any time you need someone to fish with, or need some tips, contact me.

I usually fish the bottom to 5' above the bottom. I usually never use a bobber as i'm usually in the belly boat and i can do a slow troll, or just drift. I wouldn't have a clue what depth the fish are at now as every time i've gone out i haven't got a single nibble. But i'm going to go out today and see what i can catch, it's supposed to be a really nice day and i'm hoping the water will warm up fast.

I would suggest fishing the shore off pelican point. there's alot of structure in that area and it will be warm today and attracting all the good fish.
