a few trout and one big @$$ carp

So i went to the Big T threw loveland and nailed a few 7-8" browns, then found some big carp tailing the serfice so i put a soft plastic crawdad on a jig tossed it right in front of him then BAM the fight was on i ran up and down the bank for about 15min but finnaly landed him. It was 27.5" long and weight was 9 lbs not to bad for my lightweight trout rod with 4lbs test line.

He means the Big Thompson River ( he could be talking about the ponds but I don't know if there are trout in there)
