I went to Pinewood yesterday 4/9/07 and landed 3 trout 2 Cutbows and 1 Rainbow (had a bunch of bites that i wasn't paying good enough attention for and they got off). 1Cutbow and 1 Rainbow were a little over 14 inches and the other was exactly 12. All in all was a pretty slow day but it was very peaceful there with elk all around (minus the intrusions of some fisherman who were loud and another pair who were throwing rocks into the water as they walked around the lake). Tried for tigers for awhile without any luck. The larger cutbow was caught on a spinnerbait, and the other were caught on some of my secret bait (sorry but not giving that up). I didn't have any luck with orange or red salmon eggs or green "hulk" works. I got there around 12ish and left around 6ish. There was a low wind most of the time but there were occasions when it would die or really pick up. It vaired between south and south-west for most of the day. There was a low amount of cloud cover. Didn't ahve a thermometer with me so no lake temp.
