EVENT:Cleanup In Costume Sloans Lake
DATE:10/26/2024 10:30 am
DETAILS:4th Annual Cleanup In Costume
17th and Perry near Sloan's Lake

Protect Our Rivers is teaming up with Odell Brewing Co. and Meow Wolf on one of our most popular events of the year - our 4th Annual Cleanup in Costume!

Join us IN COSTUME for our last Sloans Lake Cleanup event of the season and a free beer at Odell's Sloans Lake Brewhouse.

Bring your friends, bring your kids, and get ready to have some Halloween fun! Be sure to RSVP to reserve a spot and view additional details below.

Dress in costume (optional) and wear closed-toed shoes. Bring a water bottle and sunscreen.

Protect Our Rivers will provide gloves, trash bags, grabbers, and hand sanitizer.

You can park in the 17th and Perry parking lot or along the street for free.

When you arrive, please head to the blue tents to check-in and grab your supplies. We'll get you everything you need for the cleanup and after party!

After check-in and a safety talk, we'll head out to pick up Sloan's Lake.

We'll meet back at the tents around noon. We'll wrap up with a group photo and head over to Odell's Taproom for an after party. Your first beer is free!

Is It free? Yes!

Can I bring my kids? Children are welcome, but must be supervised at all times. The vast majority of our events are family-friendly. We will note any locations that will be difficult with little ones.

Can I bring my dogs? For this event, we're asking you to leave your dogs at home.

Where should I park? We will meet in the grassy area behind the Parking Lot on 17th and Perry. This is the best place to park and parking is free.
