Laguna Niguel park is a family spot with playgrounds, nature trails and oh yeah, a trophy-producing lake that's home to bass, trout, catfish and crappie. Take your pick, there's always something biting. Anglers will find plenty of open water on this 44-acre lake. Getting there:

To access Laguna Niguel while driving from the I-5, exit at the La Paz Road off ramp. Head west until you see a sign for the lake entrance. Located in the Laguna Niguel Regional Park, the lake is pretty hard to miss.
