Driving from Madera California, head southeast on N Gateway Dr toward W Yosemite Ave. Make a left on CA-145 N/E Yosemite Ave. Continue on the CA-145 N. Then continue on Rd 400/River Rd. Follow Rd 400 to Lake Hensley.
