Back to California fishing clubs listing...

Shasta Cascade Bass Anglers

Established in 1972, the Shasta Cascade Bass Anglers is the oldest active bass club in Northern California. Based in Redding, California, the club is affiliated with FLW Outdoors, The Bass Federation, the California B.A.S.S. Federation and the Black Bass Action Committee. The Shasta Cascade Bass Anglers meet on the second Wednesday of every month. Club meetings discuss old business new business, a monthly report on Special Olympic events, a monthly report on Black Bass Action Committee work, awards for the Top 5 of the previous month's tournament along with a report by each of these members on what they did to make the Top 5 (they bring their lures to show everyone their personal tricks on how they caught their fish,) a raffle and a draw for the next tournament. Each club meeting is open to the public for those that wish to learn more about the club.
