Road Canyon Reservoir is the first of a trio of reservoirs on the headwaters of Rio Grande River. West of Creede. Cradled in long valley at the northern edge of Weminuche Wilderness. Great Views. Two Reservoirs, upper very small. access year round. managed as put and grow with suplimental stockings of catchables. Heavily weeded, rich in aquatic life, fast growing fish.
