There is easy access the park areas which offer camping, picnicking, swimming, boating, and fishing. Anglers can expect to find good fishing for largemouth bass, white crappie, sunfish, striped bass, and catfish.

Lamar Point - Located off FM 1500, which runs north from FM 1499 off 271, between Paris and Powderly

Clay Bluff - Take FM 1500 north from FM 1499. Turn left on CR 34770 north of the old store.

Pat Mayse West - Located South of Forest Chapel off FM 197, west of the dam

Pat Mayse East - Located south of Chicota on FM 197, west of the dam
