Catfishing on Amistad

Any catfisherman out there that has fished West of Box Canyon to where the river turns NW have any luck. It''s been a long time since i fished Amistad. I use to fish straight across for the dam with David Ross, he was along time guide on the lake and was a very good guide, plan on came down early June..

Kirk Wolf and Mike Fambro are the only catfish guides now. I dont stay on the cats as I am a bass/white/striper guide, but as your trip gets closer I can get some up to date info that may make your trip more successful
