• When: Saturday January 14th
• Where: Chandlers Landing
• Time: 7:00AM - 3:00PM
• Registration: 5:30 - 6:45AM
• Entry Fee: $60.00 per boat – 2 person maximum
You do not need to be an RHBC member to fish this tournament! This one is open to any and all comers. When you register you will be given a numbered chip. Lines out of the water at 3:00. 30 minutes dead water to get back to the weigh in site. You must have your chip turned in to the TD by 3:30. Weigh in begins at 3:30. Trailering is allowed. After registration and livewell check, you are allowed to go to any ramp you wish. No lines in the water until 7:00AM. PM or e-mail me with any questions or for more information. This is a non points tournament for RHBC members. We will be discussing this event at our January meeting on Thursday the 12th if you have questions. See you at the ramp!

Tournament Rules:
• All entry fees must be paid by no later than 6:30AM the morning of the tournament.
• Check-in is from 5:00AM-6:30AM.
• Entry fee is 80.00 per boat/team. Once your entry is paid, there are no refunds.
• Live well checks will be performed from 5:00AM-6:30AM the day of the tournament at the main launch. Failure to be present will result in disqualification.
• You can launch as early as 5:15AM. DO NOT LEAVE the ramp until the tournament director releases the boats at the ramp, this will happen between 6:30 – 6:45AM or at SAFE LIGHT.
• Trailering of boats is allowed to any access facility on the tournament lake after the teams’ entry/ waiver is completed, and the boats have been released from the ramp by the Tournament Director.
• Fishing begins after the release of the boats. Violation of this rule will result in disqualification.
• Weigh in is at 3:00PM. Your boat must be off plane and inside of the buoys at the tournament weigh in ramp by no later than 3:00PM.
• There is NO OFF LIMITS on the tournament lakes.
• Lifejackets must be worn when the boat is on-plane. We recommend wearing them at all times.
• Dead fish will incur a 1/2 LB penalty per fish.
• Dead fish WILL NOT be considered for Big Bass prize.
• The teams may have no more than 6 fish in possession at any time and a maximum of 5 fish in possession at weigh in. Solo anglers must abide by state regulations.
• Artificial baits/lures only, with the exception of pork trailers and Gulp Alive.
• All persons in tournament boats must adhere to all lake rules.
• All fish must be caught with rod and reel on a hook during the tournament hours.
• Cheating will result in disqualification and public ridicule.
• Fish that will be considered for the tournaments are – Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Spotted Bass and Guadalupe bass. See next rule for tournament length requirement.
• All fish weighed in must be a minimum of 14” or lake regulations, whichever is greater.
• All entry fees are to be paid in CASH, no checks, no credit cards.
• No non-tournament passengers are allowed on tournament boats, with the exception of tournament officials.

Lake Tyler Open Tournament Rules
RULES: All Texas Parks and Wildlife regulations shall apply. Trailering will be allowed. Only one rod may be used at a time. No trolling with a combustion engine. Only artificial baits may be used
All our events are two person events, but you can fish alone if your fishing partner cannot make it.
Livewell checks will be done randomly and at the Tournament Director’s discretion.
WEIGH-IN: Each team may weigh (5) five largemouth or Kentucky Spotted Bass. All fish must be 14 inches minimum length or it will not be weighed.
CULLING: THERE WILL BE A 5 FISH LIMIT. YOU MUST BEGIN CULLING AFTER YOUR 6TH FISH IS BOATED. THIS MEANS CULL AS SOON AS THE 6TH FISH IS CAUGHT AND NOT AT THE RAMP or you will be disqualified. You may not cull dead fish.
Life jackets are recommended to be on anytime that your boat is above idle.
By paying in you assume all responsibility and risks as personal and yours alone, and cannot hold anyone else associated with the tournament responsible in any way. It is, understood, that each individual is responsible for their own actions, and that the rest of the teams and the Tournament Director are not responsible for the actions or liability incurred by any individual angler.

Bass n Babies 2012 RULES
GENERAL:
1. The decision of the Tournament staff is final in all matters and is not subject to appeal. Interpretation of these rules will be left exclusively to the Tournament staff. All protest must be made in person before tournaments winnings are dispersed.
2. Anglers shall follow all federal, state, and local laws and regulations at all times.
3. Only spotted or largemouth bass 14 inches or greater will be weighed.
4. No trolling under outboard power. No live bait. Only one rod per angler shall be used at a time.
FORMAT:
5. Tournament is a 5 fish bag limit. Bag limit is per 2-man team/per boat.
6. Big Bass shall be awarded to the angler with the heaviest legal fish weighed.
PAYOUT:
7. Payouts shall be per payout schedule posted at www.plministries.org and at Check-in
8. All ties for cash prizes will be split equally between contending parties.
CHECK-IN & TAKE-OFF:
9. Check-in shall include live well checks on all boats and safety equipment checks at the discretion of tournament staff.
10. Check-in shall be conducted at Lakeside Park (aka Sandy Beach) Pavilion.
11. Boats that do not complete check-in will not be permitted to weigh-in.
12. Trailering is allowed. You will be able to leave check-in no more than thirty (45) minutes before start time, either by vehicle or boat, BUT you may not begin fishing until official start time.
WEIGH-IN:
13. At least 1 angler from each team must be present at Weigh-in by scheduled time.
14. Late arrivals to weigh-in will be penalized 1/4lb per minute and disqualified after 15 minutes.
15. Iced or altered fish will not be weighed in and will result in disqualification from the tournament. Every effort must be made to keep bass alive through the use of a properly aerated livewell. If you bring a dead fish to the scales, you will be penalized one-half (1/2) pound per fish off your team’s total weight. Dead fish may not be culled
SAFETY:
16. Life vests and kill switches must be worn when under outboard power.
17. No alcohol permitted prior to take-off, during tournament hours, or at weigh-in.
18. For event safety all teams which exit the tournament prior to weigh-in are requested to report to tournament officials before departing.
SCHEDULE:
19. Registration and Check-In open at 5:30am, Start Time is 7am, and Weigh-in is 4pm.
20. Tournament shall be conducted regardless of weather conditions. Schedule changes, reschedules, or cancellations for inclement weather shall be made at the discretion of Tournament staff.
21. In the event of reschedule, tournament shall be conducted on the following available weekend. Refunds of entry fees will not be provided for a rescheduled event.
