Dog Day's of Summer

Well, we have reached that time of year again! Thats right, good ole 100 degree days. The funny thing is that we all still keep fishing. I personaly dont think its because its my passion, or because i enjoy fishing, I believe it is my addiction!  And in these dog days of summer, we have to take caution before we put ourselves in harms way. This Texas heat can be very brutal as we all know. ALWAYS have plenty of water. And be sure you drink it! I always have water in the boat, but when the fish are bitting, I tend to forget to drink plenty of water. Dont forget to protect your skin with sunscreen. You will fry without it. Good luck fishing and remember, DRINK PLENTY OF WATER!!!!!!!!
