Hi, I will first take a min. to tell you a little about me. my name is Jc gwynne. I was born and raised in Del Rio Tx.  I was lucky to be raised by wonderful parents, who believed in keeping me outdoors. My father was a great inspiration and as a fishing guide himself, was able to teach me so many unique lessons about bass fishing and Lake Amistad thru the years. I took those lessons and continued to become a true student of bass fishing. I have had some great mentors and experiences that have allowed me to study bass fishing from all aspects.  I had the pleasure of chasing the tournament dollar for 10yrs with moderate success, but felt like I just wasn't satisfied with where I was. It was then, I began to find my true calling, which was to return to the lake I have loved since a kid, and begin guiding full time. I have never looked back. I truly enjoy both spending time with great people as well as teaching and learning new and innovative ways to catch some great Amistad bass.  In the future I plan to use my blogs as both an entertainment outlet as well as a chance to learn and pass along information that will not only make you more successful on Lake Amistad, but on on your home waters as well!  So please, I welcome all comments and questions.
