A friend of mine was going fishing at lake Ray Roberts and asked if there was a way to get a forecast of the wind speed and direction for the weekend he was going.  He had made the trip the previous weekend but when he got there it was so windy he gave up before launching his boat. 

We got to looking around on the internet and found this site:  http://www.windfinder.com/

It's very handy, especially if you are going to drive a long way to fish a lake.  Check it out.  It predicts wind speed and direction hour by hour, along with gusts expected, temperature and barometer.  Pretty cool.
