Lonetree Reservoir (502 acres) provides quality fishing for walleye, largemouth, catfish, and wiper. Yellow perch, crappie, and bluegill are also present. No trout are stocked. It is often a frustrating lake but if you put your time in you can be justly rewarded. This is a state wildlife area managed by the DOW and does not have any facilities other than boat ramps and one restroom. No camping is available at the lake but a couple of day-use shelters are offered near the parking lot. Lonetree, also sometimes mapped as Home Supply Reservoir, is a nice lake to get out on the boat or canoe and enjoy the peacefulness of the setting. Private land surrounds most of the lake but during low water periods access is available around the entire lake. Access points also exist from the main road near outlet and inlet canals. This reservoir is subject to drawdown; boaters should use caution.
