 FLW Pro. ProZack as he's called, is a friend from NorCal we fished the West Coast Bass Future Pro Tour years ago....During the course of the morning I caught and released 10 fish with the hook and get this, I Never lost a Senko !! Its a light wire double wacky hook that will give you two hook points instead of one. What’s really cool is that most of the fish will be hooked up solid in the roof of their mouth and not gut hooked like a lot of the other hook styles.

Basically the wacky rig is one of the easiest way to fish a Senko or worm , I’ve caught tons of fish with this technique . It involves taking your bait and hooking through the midsection . It will drop very slow with a wagging motion on both the ends, fish it on a slack line and watch your line closely. The bites will often come on the initial fall but you’ll also get bit by shaking it and then letting it fall back down again. My all time favorite color is the 297 Green/Pumpkin 5in Senko you can buy a lot of different colors but for me this is all you’ll need J One of the main problems with wacky fishing is baits don’t last long, so in comes the O-ring to help fix this problem and it works pretty well.
