We do extensive research compiling information on the best fishing waters in each state, compiling all the information in one place to make your fishing trips easier to plan. Where are the boat ramps? Is camping allowed? What healthy fish species does the lake have? Where is it? We cover all that and a whole lot more. |

Conditions Reports The primary focus of FishExplorer.com is to stay on top of conditions reports for lakes and rivers. Water temperatures are very important in determing many things such as spawning time for species to forage movement. Water level is also critical to determine whether boats can be launched or determine location of holding fish. |

Maps All of FishExplorer.com is tied into maps. Our main fishing map plots lakes with color coded icons indicative of conditions. On each lake page we plot campgrounds and boat ramps and allow you to add your catches right on the map for your own private fish log. |
