Biography: Born and raised in Santa Fe, NM, I was introduced to ice fishing at a very young age by my father, and even more fishing later by relatives in Minnesota. It became a passion. During middle school I was introduced to fly fishing and fly tying, and although it took until college for that addiction to take a strong hold, I was hooked (Haha, fishing puns!). I moved to Fort Collins, CO for the aforementioned college (CSU) and graduated in May 2012 with a B.S. in Natural Resource Management and a minor in Fish, Wildlife, and Conservation Biology. During my 5 years in Colorado my passion for fishing, especially fly fishing has grown with a fiery vengeance. I build rods, tie flies, read books and magazines, go to demos, etc. Anything fishing related will be granted with my full attention. I've fished Dixon reservoir since I moved to Fort Collins and now that I'm the Skipper I will be visiting it even more frequently.
If you have any questions about almost anything fishing related (especially fly fishing, ice fishing, Dixon res., fly tying, rod building, and fish identification), or you just feel like chatting with someone who is pretty familiar with the Fort Collins area feel free to send me an email. I will respond on the same day most of the time.
