Lake Pueblo State Park Hosts an “America the Beautiful” Photo Contest

PUEBLO, Colo. – Lake Pueblo State Park is sponsoring an “America the Beautiful” photography contest. The deadline for submitting pictures is Monday, June 25, by 4 p.m. The contest is open to any and all amateur photographers. The categories for entry include: Colorado, Landscape, Outdoor Recreation, Patriotic, Wildlife, and a Youth category for photographers under the age of 16. This juried contest will include an award for Best in Show and First Place category winners as well as runners-up. Entry is free, but limited to a total of three pictures per photographer in any combination of categories. All entries must include:
· A mounted or matted picture, with minimum photo size of 8”x10” and a maximum overall size of 20”x20” including mat.
· A useable digital copy or a high resolution jpeg file.
