Pigs near Kremmling

Fished some rivers near Kremmling. Got into some nice fat fish over 20" as well as a lot of smaller ones although didn't get into the big browns like I hoped. All fish caught on HDs.

Still! Nice work!
I haven't thought about fishing the rivers much in Kremmling.
Did you have icy edges in the morning?

Thanks. Hit Wolford Sunday morning looking for Salmon and there was a little ice. Was all gone by 10 though. I was fishing the rivers in the afternoons.

Gotta love those HDs. Since they've come out my river fishing success has trippled.

That second pic clearly demonstrates the lack of discipline of fish in Colorado....I mean, c'mon, a fish of that quality that smokes Marlboros??

that would probably be the colorado river you fished, it hasnt been the best but lately its been really good for fish up there, and it holds some record breaking rainbows as well from what Ive seen and heard. Ill be up there next weekend for some deer hunting hopefully i get a chance to stop by and fish it

Gotta be the Colorado. My dad grew up in Hot Sulpher Springs and learned to fish there. We keep threatening to go fish that stretch together but haven't made it happen. Great job on some great fish!
