what are the long neck diving birds,on boyd is where i see so many,can they fly when wet or even when dry,reminds me of the ones on tex coast except these have white necks.they are cormorants in tex,they dive the same way.

wait til mating season in the spring.

They run on top of the water next to each other...it's very cool.
